NINJA membership

A members-only service for overseas customers: search cars listed at USS auctions, send inquiries and place orders with your own login ID.

Search cars

Log in with your own ID and search information on cars listed at USS auctions, such as grades and starting prices.

Receive recommendations

We send you information on recommended cars that match your requirements.

Inquire and order

Send inquiries about cars you like, or place an order with the price you want to pay, online.

Follow your deals

See your inquiries and orders in a list, and exchange messages with us.

Fee and payment

Membership fee
US$25 / month

Paid monthly in advance. It renews every month until you cancel.

How to pay

By credit card or bank transfer. After you apply, we email you how to pay.

Included in the fee

  • Your own login ID for searching cars, sending inquiries and placing orders in NINJA
  • Recommended-car information from us
  • Guidance on how to use NINJA (English, Chinese or Japanese)

Not included

  • The cost of buying a car: vehicle price, auction fee, our service fee, transport, shipping and so on. These are shown in your quotation (see Costs).
  • Winning prices and market prices (NINJA shows starting prices only).
Beware of payment scams
We give our bank details only by email after you apply. We never send them any other way, such as on this page or in social media messages. If you receive a suspicious request, please contact us before you pay.

From joining to buying

  1. Apply with the form below

    Enter your name, email address, country and so on, and send the form.

  2. We send payment instructions

    Within 1–2 business days, we email you how to pay (card or bank transfer).

  3. Payment confirmed, login details sent

    After we confirm your payment, NINJA emails you your login details.

  4. Search and inquire

    Log in to NINJA, find cars you like, and send inquiries or orders.

  5. We bid for you

    After you accept our quotation, we bid for the car you ordered, within the limit you set.

Please note

  • This service is for customers outside Japan. The NINJA buyer site cannot be opened from inside Japan.
  • NINJA is shown in English. If you do not know how to use it, please contact us.
  • You can search cars listed at USS auctions. For cars at other auctions, please ask us.
  • The fee is monthly. Cancellation takes effect from the next month. When you cancel, your ID is deleted and you can no longer see your inquiry and order history in NINJA.
  • We cannot refund the fee for a month that has already been paid.
  • If we cannot confirm a payment, we may suspend your ID.
  • Please do not share your login details with others.
  • We proceed with a purchase only after you accept our quotation. Because other buyers also bid, we may not be able to win every car.

After you apply, we contact you at the email address you enter within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat).
