From purchase to shipping
We work in 7 steps, from finding a car at a Japanese auction to guiding you through the documents after departure.
Browse auction cars with your own ID
We issue you a dedicated ID so you can view cars listed at auctions across Japan, with photos, grades and mileage.
Choose a car and set your maximum bid
Tell us which car you want and the highest price you are willing to bid. We explain the condition and market price as far as we can.
Quotation and payment
Please check the quotation and make your payment. Payment details are provided only together with our official quotation.
We bid for you, within your limit
We never bid above the limit you set. Because other buyers also bid, we may not be able to win every car.
Transport to our yard and inspection
The car is transported to our yard, where we check its condition and send you photos.
Booking, container loading and customs
We book the vessel, load the car into a container and complete export customs clearance.
B/L after departure
After the vessel departs, we guide you through the Bill of Lading (B/L), including surrender release.
Before you buy
- Import rules, such as age limits and whether right-hand-drive cars are allowed, differ by country. Please check the rules of your country before you buy.
- Other buyers also bid at auctions, so we may not be able to win every car. We explain what happens if we do not win when we send the quotation.
- Shipping time depends on the destination port and the season.
What we value in every transaction
Pre-purchase communication
We clarify the vehicle specification, budget and your requirements before buying.
Authorized bidding
We use the maximum bid limit you approve.
Auction information
We share the listing details and the condition information available.
Post-purchase updates
We send photos and purchase-related updates where available.
Advance estimates
We outline the expected costs before you commit, based on the information available at the time.
Export coordination
We keep you informed about the documents and shipping arrangements.
The final amount may depend on auction fees, taxes, inland transport, storage, export handling, freight, insurance, exchange rates and the rules of the destination country. Vehicle condition information has limits: auction photos and condition reports do not guarantee that every defect is found. Please check import eligibility with the authorities of your country.
Tell us what car you are looking for
Send us the model, year, budget and destination port, and we will prepare a quotation.
